We accept many major insurance plans for eligible services.

Not sure what your insurance covers? Our team is happy to help verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment. We'll help you understand your coverage, estimated costs, and any applicable copays or deductibles.

We gladly accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments. Many speech-language evaluations and therapy services qualify as eligible medical expenses. Please check with your plan administrator to confirm your specific benefits.

If your child is eligible for Regional Center services, please contact your service coordinator to discuss authorization for speech-language services.

Is your child enrolled in a homeschool charter program? Learning Link accepts funding from participating charter schools. If we are not currently an approved vendor with your charter school, we are happy to explore establishing a new vendor agreement whenever possible. Contact us to learn more.

If Learning Link is not in-network with your insurance plan, we can provide a superbill upon request for eligible services. A superbill is an itemized statement that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by insurance plan.

For eligible private-pay services, we offer Affirm, allowing qualified families to pay over time through convenient monthly payments (subject to Affirm approval and terms).
